Enjoy next-level Latin eats at Cocineros! This newly opened eatery hosted its grand opening on Aug. 6, 2021. Cocineros, Spanish for “chef,” is a Latin American restaurant founded by the same owner of sister restaurant Taqueria Habanero, Carlos Alvarado. Its menu combines recipes from Alvarado’s childhood and the unique flavors of popular dishes from Central, South, and North America.

Cocineros is a modern eatery with a fun atmosphere and friendly staff serving fresh food, with menu items like chicken, beef, spinach, and cheese empanadas, pupusas, Salvadorian corn dough filled with cheese and protein, enchiladas de pollo, with shredded chicken, pork chorizo bits, onions, crema fresca, queso fresco, and green sauce, and much, much more.
